Meet Michael Marquez & Jason Green


Jason and Michael have been in the industry for over 20 years combined and have worked at a range of concepts, from dive bars to Michelin star restaurants. They have a passion for craft cocktails and love every opportunity to hone their craft and create something truly spectacular. The care that goes in to their work is tasted in every drop.

The Inspiration

This cocktail is a riff on one of our signature cocktails at Yardbird Denver called the “Oh, Honey!” We are intrigued by the story and idea behind The Botanist gin and created an alchemical inspired tableside moment to align with that. We want to invoke a little awe in our guests as they watch the cocktail change color before their eyes.
