Meet Caitlin O'Neill
About
My name is Caitlin and I’ve been working in different aspects of the service industry for 13 years. I have spent a lot of time in kitchens, specialty coffee shops, and bars which has allowed me to really hone my palate and understand different flavors and how they interact with each other. Along with flavor and presentation, customer service has been a large focus for me. I’ve found that when I go out, it doesn’t matter how good everything looks and tastes if the service and experience is poor.
The Inspiration
I was inspired by how uranium glass flows and changes when under UV black-light to a beautiful emerald. It will be presented on a tray, with the punch in an ornate uranium glass jar, a porrón filled with the citrus bomb and glasses for serving. It will be a fun and interactive treat for guests.
