I moved to Denver about 9 years ago from New York and have been bartending for 22 years. I have worked and helped open and run the bar programs at many places, but my passion for creating truly started after being mentored by Brian Dayton at Acorn Denver. He allowed me to flourish and thrive in my creative process. I have found reinvigorated creativity working at Wildflower and collaborating with our amazingly talented chef Aiden Tibbetts…. his ideas continuously astound me!
The Inspiration
Inspiration was to merge our culinary creativity with an unexpected cognac tiki style cocktail. Bruleeing the cotton candy tableside allows the guest to feel a part of the creative process.
