My name is Eric Norberg and I have been working within the Denver restaurant scene since 2012, starting my management career with Steuben’s. From there I was the General Manager at three well established restaurants before finding my home with Cantina Loca.
The Inspiration
Utilizing our owner’s mezcal and also ingredients we use within our cuisine. Table side service will be a 3 oz pour from vessel, stirred in a bar crystal and served up in brown coupe.
