About

I’m a Colorado Native who is passionate about working with people to add joy to their lives. People come into a bar/ restaurant to celebrate, try new experiences, or just sit back and relax for bit and I thoroughly enjoy getting to know people in these moments. I love living an active lifestyle and pursue excellence in everything I do. I believe we should all live by 3 principles: Passion, Purpose, and Desire!

The Inspiration

The use of the 1738 Champagne Cognac was selected for its status with the Remy profile. It gracefully sits on the higher end of the line, while maintaining humility. At Local Jones we pride ourselves on holding an elevated status while appreciating the beauty in simplicity. I was inspired to combine those elements within the cocktail, as well as the double smoke. Thus, creating the Double Dutch.
