The goal of the ritual at Ash’Kara Boulder is to find harmony among dichotomy. The Aligning the Wilderness takes two very different concoctions — an herbaceous gin drink and a spicy tequila-based libation — and serves them side by side for a cocktail experience that is surprisingly cohesive and impressively pleasant.

- 0.50 oz cucumber/parsley simple
- 1 dash ango
- 1 dash citrus bitters
- Tequila Side:

- 0.75 oz Cointreau
- 0.50 Ancho Reyes
- 0.50 Aleppo Pepper & hibiscus
- 1 lime
- 2 Cardamom Bitters
